Grow and enhance an online caregiver support website after it was released for use by the general public and turned over to Enclara Health, following an 18-month development period and research study by Talaria, Inc. and the University of Washington.
Create a stronger, standardized brand image for the site to resolve the disconnect between the site’s name and its URL.
Promote the site among Enclara’s customers and potential senior care provider partners by hosting MyCareCommunity webinars and developing a Launch Kit. Partner launch kits include access to co-branded marketing materials, and a detailed Implementation Plan to help guide customers on how to incorporate MyCareCommunity promotional efforts into their current marketing plan.
Enhance the MyCareCommunity website to reflect the new brand image, and make the site more user-friendly. This effort also included changes to the site to make it more valuable to potential partners and Enclara customers.
To date, Enclara Health now has approximately 25% of its customers promoting their partnership with MyCareCommunity. The active promotion of the site as a value-added program has also helped Enclara obtain several new clients. In addition, Sage Age helped to secure the site’s first senior care provider partner, with several other organizations interested in the partnering.
