Challenge

To develop a brand-reflective logo for Tapestries, a new hospice care program by Life Choice Hospice for those with later-stage Alzheimer’s disease and their families.

Strategy

Design a logo featuring an eye-catching icon that represents program ideals of renewal, hope, love and the power of life.

Produce attention-grabbing collateral introductory piece to create interest prior to the official program launch.

Results

Sage Age recommended the dragonfly for the central focus of the program logo because it represents renewal, hope, love and the power of life. It also lives a short life, so it must live life to the fullest...which is a particularly meaningful lesson for hospice patients.

The logo and introductory piece were very well received by the Life Choice team and the informal focus-group participants. Sage Age is currently working on specific collateral pieces and advertising campaigns for the formal program launch.
